Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React, Python)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React, Python) with 5+ years of experience, an upper-intermediate+ level of English and fluency in Ukrainian to join our team.

Tech Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Python, Django, API, AWS, PostgreSQL.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficient in Python; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a must.
• Backend Frameworks: Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Frontend Frameworks: Expertise in React
• Database Management: Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

   

Experience & Soft Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Great communication skills: effectively communicating with our clients
• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, production-grade software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Build robust backend APIs and services, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
• Architect and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.
• Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential adoption within the company.
