Head of Sales

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations.
This is a key leadership role where experience matters — we need someone who’s already been here and done this successfully. You’ll be working at the intersection of sales strategy, team leadership, and client relationships — with a strong focus on the IT services industry (outsourcing, outstaffing, or product).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
• Represent the company at international conferences and in-person meetings when required.
  
  Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role — ideally in the IT industry (outsourcing, outstaffing, or product).
• Deep understanding of B2B sales processes in tech and the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) — you'll be communicating with international clients daily.
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, result-driven approach.
• Open to feedback and collaboration on improving current sales processes and approaches.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for meetings, conferences, and client visits.
