Senior .NET Developer

On behalf of our client — a 70-person Dutch company that recently acquired a new product and is now expanding its development team for the first time in a year — we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join on a 12-month contract (with possible extension).

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#.

- Write reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit + integration tests).

- Implement new features from business requirements and design specifications.

- Refactor legacy code and resolve technical debt.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design.

- Collaborate within Agile teams, delivering in 4–6 week cycles.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional experience with .NET / C#.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core.

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core.

- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

- Upper - Intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Docker, PowerShell, InfluxDB, CI/CD.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Angular, TypeScript.

- Exposure to SignalR, RabbitMQ, WinForms, WPF, MSBuild.

- Knowledge of Azure deployment & compute environments.
