Outbound Sales Manager

About project:

DataImpulse is a fast-growing SaaS project providing innovative data solutions. We are looking for an Outbound Sales Manager to take full ownership of the outbound sales cycle and help us scale our business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Launch and run email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work with HubSpot: contacts, deals, and communications management.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events (when applicable).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B/SaaS sales.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong pipeline management: prioritization, follow-ups, and closing.
  • Technical literacy with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new products and markets.
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS sales.
