Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven Middle-Level Sales Manager to join EvaCodes and manage the entire sales cycle for our IT and blockchain services. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, conducting sales calls, and closing deals, while building long-term relationships and contributing to the growth of our business.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct direct calls and meetings with clients to present solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Track pipeline and sales KPIs; identify upselling opportunities

     

Requirements:

  • 1+ years IT B2B sales experience (blockchain preferred)
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable understanding technical solutions and explaining value to clients
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
