Senior Frontend Developer (React.js) / Technical Lead / Team Lead to $4000 Offline

About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) to join our team. This is a key role where you will not only design and build complex, scalable web applications but also take ownership of technical decisions, mentor other engineers, and drive the frontend strategy of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex frontend solutions using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable components and architecture.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, propose improvements, and ensure best practices in frontend development.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and architecture discussions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React.js and the modern frontend ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil or similar).
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or team coordination is a strong advantage.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SSR frameworks (Next.js).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
• Previous experience in product companies or startups.
