Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Arounda is a full-cycle Digital Product Design and Development agency, operating on the market since 2016. Our main clients are American and European technological companies. We help to create and evolve web and mobile apps, marketing websites through Branding, Web design, UX/UI design, App development for startups and businesses.

 

We are looking for A proactive and communicative Sales Development Representative who is eager to work with inbound leads, qualify them, and help grow our sales pipeline. If you are detail-oriented, motivated, and have experience in B2B sales support โ€” weโ€™d love to talk to you.

 

What you will do:

  • Communicate with inbound leads from the website, Dribbble, Behance, LinkedIn, organic channels, and Clutch.
  • Conduct qualification (ICP, budget, needs, timeline).
  • Handle correspondence, respond to comments and messages.
  • Nurture relationships with leads until they become SQL.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Keep CRM data up to date and track statuses and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL.

 

Requirements:

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in SDR / Lead Qualification / Sales Support within B2B, IT, or agencies.
  • English level B2 or higher (written communication is a must-have, spoken is a plus).
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification in a sales pipeline.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
