Full Stack Developer Offline

ADORNO seeks a talented full-stack developer with the ambition to become the company’s CTO

ADORNO, a leading international online gallery for collectible design and craft, is seeking a talented and ambitious full-stack developer ready to grow into the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within two years. As we continue to scale, we are looking for someone with both the technical expertise and the drive to lead our platform's evolution.

The gallery promotes defining independent designers and studios from over 50 cultural scenes across the globe. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and advancing our multi-vendor e-commerce platform, built on WordPress, and ensuring the continuous improvement required to continue the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Maintenance:

Ensure continuous functionality and accessibility of the website.

Oversee server setup, monitoring usage, and controlling costs.

Maintain high deliverability for application and marketing emails.

Perform regular security checks, including firewall management and malware scans.

Keep WordPress and plugins up to date and running smoothly.

Optimize site loading times by reviewing code, scripts, and configurations.

Troubleshoot and fix frontend errors.

Manage deployment workflow using GitHub (commit, merge, test, deploy).

Provide feedback, and reports, and propose improvements.

Platform Development:

Optimize and enhance existing plugin code.

Develop new plugins and site functionalities.

Customize theme templates and collaborate on UI/UX improvements with our front-end developer.

Implement and manage API connections.

Fix bugs in existing code and ensure smooth functionality.

Explore opportunities with Headless WordPress and React Native mobile app development.

Technical Skills 

Required & Not Required, but preferred:

Required: Strong knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, MySQL, API integration.

Not Required, but preferred: 

Experience with NodeJS, React.js, React Native, Python, and BASH.

Software Experience:

GIT (Version Control & Deployment Pipelines)

AWS (EC2, Cloudfront, S3 buckets, SES emailing, Route 53).

WordPress (Woocommerce, WC Vendors, Buddyboss Platform, Shipping Integrations).

REST APIs (FedEx, DHL, XERO, HubSpot CRM).
