Junior Strong QA Engineer to $1200 Offline
We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing Quality Engineering team as an individual contributor. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of expanding our value propositions using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, scripts, and detailed test cases (manual and automated).
- Drive quality initiatives across functional, performance, accessibility, and security domains in collaboration with engineering, product management, and customer experience teams.
- Participate in design and development projects, representing QE and advocating for end-user needs.
- Review requirements to ensure system components are designed with testability in mind.
- Ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) standards and quality strategies.
- Provide comprehensive test coverage for new features and enhancements across web, mobile, and voice platforms.
- Perform functionality, UI/API, performance, integration, and regression testing.
- Document and track issues by writing clear and actionable bug reports in Jira.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Program Managers, and fellow Quality Engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Work with the DevOps team to improve automation and compliance, including optimizing CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable deployments.
- Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution to restore operations quickly and implement long-term solutions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of QA experience in an Agile environment.
- 1–3 years of hands-on testing experience with web and mobile applications.
- Experience working with remote, international, or outsourced teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Postman, XRay, JMeter, BrowserStack, and similar testing platforms.
- Experience with automated testing using Cypress or Appium, or willingness to learn test automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to write clear documentation.

Upper-Intermediate level of English
