Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Payments & PSP niche. The ideal candidate has 2โ€“4 years of B2B sales experience, a strong interest in FinTech/Crypto/iGaming, and is ready to take ownership of building and expanding client relationships across Europe and beyond.

You will work with merchants, marketplaces, and partners, guiding them through our payment solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior role in the payments industry.
 

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of merchants, PSPs, Operators and partners.
  • Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and present tailored payment solutions.
  • Manage full sales cycle โ€“ from outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, compliance, and tech teams to ensure smooth client integration.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in networking activities.
  • Track performance in CRM, report on KPIs, and continuously improve sales processes
  • Integrate on product-market-fit through detailed knowledge of customer needs. 
     

What youโ€™ll need: 

  • 2โ€“3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, Payments, or a related field.
  • Proficient English (C1+); confident in calls, negotiations, and communication.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to speak with decision-makers (up to C-level).
  • Easy to work with outbound and inbound sales processes
  • Lead the full cycle of sales from Lead generation to closing the deal
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
     

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Existing network of merchants, PSPs, or iGaming operators.
  • Experience negotiating mid-size contracts (โ‚ฌ100K+).
  • Attendance at industry events such as SiGMA, ICE, Money20/20.
  • Additional languages (Spanish, German, French, Polish, etc.).
