Sales specialist
Description
You’re the right hand to Sales/BD leadership—keeping deals unblocked, clients updated, and our pipeline humming. Think: scheduling, follow-ups, CRM cleanliness, and making sure every promise turns into a delivered next step.
This position is based in Yerevan, Armenia, with a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Own calendars, confirms, and fast follow-ups; send concise call summaries + next steps after each touch.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, status updates 2–3 days after inbound requests, and Monday KPI prep.
- Coordinate CV sends; follow up 1–2 days after CVs to drive interviews.
- Track objections/rejections; make sure reasons are logged for re-engagement.
- Help prep proposals, case packs, and light research for meetings.
- Spin up WhatsApp/Telegram chats when useful to speed coordination.
Success looks like
- Zero-leak pipeline: every opp with next step + due date, clean notes, clear owner.
- Meetings run on time with the right materials; clients feel “seen and guided.”
- Week-over-week KPI improvement and on-time status nudges.
Must-haves
- Excellent English writing; concise and friendly.
- Extreme organization; loves checklists and details.
- Confidence using Google Suite, LinkedIn, and a CRM.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting SaaS/IT services sales.
- Interest in AI and data-driven workflows (we’ll train you).
