Business Development Manager (B2B SaaS/Fintech)

We are a fintech company with 8+ years of experience building financial infrastructure for media buyers and marketing agencies, helping them run campaigns and support their operations without interruptions.

We are looking for an active Business Development Manager at Sass to guide potential clients through our product, run demos, and convert conversations into long-term B2B partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demo calls, clearly demonstrate how our solution solves real business challenges
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
• Guide prospects through the sales process from qualification to closing the deal
• Understand client needs and suggest tailored solutions
• Maintain a pipeline and accurate CRM data
• Build long-term relationships with clients through clear and proactive communication

• Collaborate closely with the SDR and marketing team to improve leads quality

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience in selling SaaS, fintech, or digital products
• Proven ability to conduct product demos and sales calls
• B2+ English level with confidence in professional communication
• Organized, proactive communication style with a strong ownership mindset
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
• Participation in conferences
