B2B Sales Manager Offline

Our team is looking for a proactive Sales Manager with proven expertise in B2B sales. This role is focused on actively driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full sales cycle: from first outreach to deal closure and follow-ups.
  • Conduct demo calls and deliver engaging product presentations.
  • Follow the sales pipeline and optimise it.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and the lead base, provide reports to the Sales Lead.
  • Identify client needs and guide them through a smooth and successful onboarding journey.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients via chat and video calls.
  • Handle Tier 1 support requests.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a plus).
  • Confident in English (B2+).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with client onboarding and demo calls/presentations.
