B2B Sales Manager

This role is focused on actively driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Handle the full sales cycle: from first outreach to deal closure and follow-ups.
- Conduct demo calls and deliver engaging product presentations.
- Follow the sales pipeline and optimise it.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and the lead base, provide reports to the Sales Lead.
- Identify client needs and guide them through a smooth and successful onboarding journey.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients via chat and video calls.
- Handle Tier 1 support requests.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a plus).
- Confident in English (B2+).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Hands-on experience with client onboarding and demo calls/presentations.
