Golang / AWS Expert

Description:

We are currently seeking a Golang & AWS Expert to support our client in their project.
 

Tasks:

- Development and maintenance of backend services in Golang, taking best practices into account
- Implementation and optimization of AWS infrastructures using the CDK (Go) and relevant services
- Design and implementation of single-table data models in DynamoDB, including complex key structures
- Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline, including canary releases and staging
- Monitoring and logging with CloudWatch, including tracing and observability
- Ensuring security standards with IAM, KMS, TLS, certificates, and OAuth2
- Contribution to the design of event-driven architectures
- DNS and network management with Route53, VPC, CloudFront
- Technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of idiomatic Go development
- Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and table-driven testing
- Knowledge of the following technologies:
- DynamoDB (single-table design, complex key structures)
- EventBridge, Lambda, Step Functions
- API Gateway, IAM, KMS, VPC, CloudWatch
- CodePipeline, canary releases, staging
- CDK (Infrastructure as Code in Go)
- CloudFront, Route53
- Knowledge of DNS fundamentals and TLS/certificate management

Nice-to-have skills:
- Bash scripting
- Networking fundamentals
- OAuth2
- Observability & tracing (OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray)
