Senior Siebel Developer/Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Developer/Consultant to join our global technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siebel CRM architecture, configuration, workflows, scripting, and integration with enterprise systems. You will play a key role in enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Siebel solutions to ensure seamless business operations, working in an agile and collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Siebel CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
Lead the development of Siebel components including Business Components, Applets, Views, Workflows, Business Services, and Siebel eScript.
Support integration with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, middleware, APIs, web services).
Perform Siebel system upgrades, enhancements, and patch implementations.
Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize Siebel performance, data model design, and user experience.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development, configuration, and customization.
Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Siebel Open UI, eScript, and Workflow development.
Experience with Siebel EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP integrations.
Hands-on expertise in Siebel Data Model, Siebel Repository, and Application Deployment.
Experience with upgrades and migrations (Siebel IP17 or later preferred).
Familiarity with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and cloud integration is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have
Siebel certification(s).
Experience in telecom, finance, or healthcare domains.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Knowledge of modern integration tools (Kafka, MuleSoft, etc.).
