Implementation Engineer ( WMS )

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to help our clients implement and configure the ShipHawk Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This role combines system configuration, business process analysis, and user support during and after implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements related to warehousing, packing, and shipping.
• Configure and integrate ShipHawk WMS to align with customer business processes.
• Identify system gaps and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
• Recommend process improvements to increase customer efficiency.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare system configuration for go-live and assist with customer training.
• Manage the transition from implementation to ongoing customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and/or supporting WMS or other supply chain execution systems.
• Hands-on WMS experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a customer-first approach.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• English — C1 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing warehouse, shipping, or logistics platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or Acumatica.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs (Postman), JavaScript, or SQL.
