We’re a remote-first company working across Europe (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Western Balkans, etc.), and we’re now looking for an experienced Head of QA to lead our talented quality team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a QA team of 20 engineers (incl. 6 Tech Leads).
• Define and drive QA strategy across multiple products.
• Build efficient QA processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and continuous training for QA engineers.
• Oversee test planning & execution (manual + automated).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on quality goals.
• Track, report, and improve QA metrics.
• Create development plans for Tech Leads and team members.

What we’re looking for:

Hard skills:

• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, automation & manual testing.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.

Soft skills:

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving.
• Great communicator, resilient, and result-oriented.
