Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks and strategies
  • Develop automated tests for web applications, APIs, and AI/ML components
  • Create and maintain test scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform exploratory testing and identify edge cases in healthcare workflows
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry quality standards and regulations
  • Monitor test execution, analyze results, and provide detailed reporting
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) - essential for documentation and team collaboration
  • 1.5-3+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following tech stacks:
    • JavaScript/TypeScript: Cypress, Jest, Playwright, WebdriverIO, or similar
    • .NET: NUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow, Selenium with C#
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of database testing and SQL
  • Healthcare/medical software testing experience is highly valued
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud testing environments (Azure preferred)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML testing approaches and challenges
  • Familiarity with security testing practices
  • Experience with load and stress testing tools
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA)
