We’re looking for a CEO Assistant to join our powerful team!
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote, with required overlap in the USA time zone
What we expect from you:
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing—ideally able to match tone of voice of your CEO
- Proficiency with Notion, including understanding databases vs. tables, workflows, and related tools
- High availability; this is an intensive role and may require flexibility and commitment
- Strong work ethic; while we value balance, this role may demand extra effort during busy periods
- Attention to detail—making sure that nothing slips through the cracks
- Openness to and comfort with direct feedback; ability to respond constructively and adjust quickly
- You are expected to remain online and ready to assist the CEO at any time, including outside of working hours, to ensure seamless support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain your calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and help ensure nothing important is missed
- Manage your email—sort messages, respond when appropriate, and highlight key items
- Coordinate with social media: schedule posts, engage with leads (comments, stories, etc.) on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Assist with outreach and mailing leads on your behalf
- Organize and set up meetings and oversee your daily schedule to help things run smoothly
- Provide support in planning and coordinating events
- Keep the contact database up to date and accurate
- Prepare documents, presentations, briefs, and other materials as needed.
