Sales Development Representative

aqua cloud is looking for an experienced SDR to join our team and help scale our presence in international markets. Our product - a first-in-class Test Management Solution - has already established a strong foothold in the German market, and now we’re expanding globally.  

 

With a proven outreach system that currently achieves a 30% response rate, and active integration of AI in both our product and our marketing & sales processes, we’re ready to bring in a specialist who can take our leads conversion to the next level. 

 

What you will do: 

 

  • Convert replies from outbound and inbound into discovery calls with Sales Executives. 
  • Monitor ongoing outreach campaigns and ensure smooth execution. 
  • Relaunch or adjust campaigns when necessary. 
  • Call leads over the phone to schedule a product demo with Sales Executive.  
  • Conduct follow-up calls to re-engage with lead. 

     

Requirements: 

 

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound/inbound sales as SDR, BDR (with LeadGen experience), etc. 
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Experience making qualification calls and handling objections. 
  • Proven ability to drive conversions from outreach to booked meetings. 
  • Knowledge of the sales processes.  
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, creativity, and a strong desire and ability to learn fast. 
  • Ability to address both technical and business challenges with effective solutions. 
  • Strong focus on the goal, driven by winning 

 

Nice to have:  

 

  • You know what SPIN or Challenger sales are, but at the same time you feel that automation is the future, you are familiar with AI and have even tried to incorporate one of your ideas into the process at your previous company.
