Infra/Virtualization Engineer (XCP-NG, KubeVirt) to $9000

We are seeking a Infra/Virtualization Engineer with strong experience in XCP-NG and KubeVirt (KVM) to join a challenging project. You will play a key role in building and managing next-generation infrastructure and virtualization platforms in a multi–data center environment.

✅ Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal environments across multiple data centers.
• Drive automation-first practices by leveraging CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), GitOps, and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to design and manage containerized application platforms that support mission-critical workloads.
• Continuously innovate to enhance infrastructure reliability, performance, and scalability.

🎯 Main Requirement

• Proven hands-on experience with XCP-NG technology.

   

✅ Other Requirements

• Expertise in Kubernetes architecture and administration, particularly in bare-metal environments.
• Familiarity with Linux distributions designed for Kubernetes (e.g., Talos, RancherOS).
• Strong background in automation with CI/CD tools, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), and GitOps workflows.
• A builder’s mindset—thriving on creating complex systems from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Experience in designing systems comparable to public cloud infrastructure.
