Blockchain Developer (Polygon/Solidity)

We are developing a cutting-edge platform for registering and tokenizing real estate on the Polygon blockchain. Our goal is to revolutionize property ownership by making it more transparent, liquid, and accessible. The project involves creating a complete ecosystem, from asset registration and fractional ownership to tokenizing future revenue streams and building an integrated marketplace.

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to lead the technical architecture and development of this platform, from initial design to integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the end-to-end architecture for a blockchain-based real estate platform.
• Develop, test, and deploy secure and optimized smart contracts on the Polygon network for:
  • Registration of assets (buildings, property rights).
  • Verification of owners and transactions.
  • Tokenization of future income streams (e.g., rental or advertising revenue).
• Implement a Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) solution, where the system automatically creates and manages crypto wallets for users.
• Build a robust backend and REST API layer to enable seamless interaction between the frontend, external services, and blockchain components.
• Design and implement a hybrid data storage solution: using S3 for off-chain data (documents, photos) and the blockchain for immutable hashes and proofs of ownership.
• Develop functionality for fractional ownership and revenue-sharing models.
• Contribute to the creation of an internal marketplace for trading tokenized assets (NFTs/tokens), with potential integration with platforms like OpenSea.
• Ensure the system can track all transaction histories and ownership records.
• Conduct and/or oversee smart contract audits to ensure maximum security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in backend and blockchain development.
• Strong expertise in Solidity and developing for EVM-compatible networks.
• Hands-on experience with Polygon or other L2/sidechain solutions (Ethereum experience is highly relevant).
• In-depth knowledge of token standards, including NFT (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and fungible (ERC-20).
• Demonstrable experience developing and auditing smart contracts related to asset registration, ownership, and tokenization.
• Solid understanding of the principles behind fractional ownership and revenue-sharing.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud storage solutions like AWS S3, combined with on-chain verification methods.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the technical architecture.
