- Deep understanding and love of k8s in a managed setting: networking, autoscaling, permissions, operator patterns.
- Mastery of modern DevOps tooling: ArgoCD, Terraform/Terragrunt and auxiliary tech and automations.
- Experience with observability and monitoring both as infra and SRE: logging, metrics, tracing. Grafana stack experience preferred, but others also welcome.

- Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ or other alternatives
- Good enough Linux knowledge: shell, containers, build scripts, networking.

- Upper-intermediate+ level of English

Bonus points

- Experience with writing operators in Go
- Experience with system or backend programming: any of Go, C++, Python, Rust, JS
- Experience with GPUs: CUDA, NCCL, etc

- Experience with OpenTelemetry

- AWS, CKA or other cloud certifications

- You’re a contributor to open-source software, or run your own projects
