About the role:
 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mid-level QA Engineer to join our fast-growing AI team. In this role, you’ll ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our AI-native applications. You’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies like agentic AI systems, LLMs, and distributed cloud environments, helping us deliver robust and trustworthy AI-driven products to millions of users.

This position is perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems, has a sharp eye for detail, and is excited about testing the next generation of AI applications.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, test case design, and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

   

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-native services.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to diagnose, debug, and resolve complex issues across distributed systems.
• Perform exploratory, regression, and manual testing on new AI-driven features, agents, and workflows.
• Contribute to the automation of test frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Ensure all releases meet high standards of reliability, usability, and performance.

• Document issues, track bugs, and communicate results effectively with cross-functional teams.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI/ML systems or applications using LLMs.
