QA Tech Support Specialist

OrgMeter is a deal-flow, tracking, and reporting platform that helps take your merchant cash advance business to the next level. We are looking for a specialist who can combine technical support and quality assurance to ensure our product is reliable, user-friendly, and effective for our clients.
 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support (β‰ˆ60%)

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and reproduce reported issues, and explain solutions in clear and simple terms.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve complex problems.
  • Accurately track and close support tickets on time.
     

Quality Assurance (β‰ˆ40%)

  • Test new features and bug fixes (functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing).
  • Create and maintain test documentation (checklists, test cases, test data).
  • Verify fixes and monitor the quality of releases.
  • Perform initial defect analysis and assist in root cause investigations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the system’s business logic.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support and/or QA.
  • Understanding of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and bug reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing/bug-tracking systems (Jira, Trello, Zendesk, or similar).
  • API testing experience (Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to different audiences (customers, developers, managers).
  • English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
