Senior React Native Engineer (EU)
We are looking for Senior React Native Developers to join a Healthtech project for a US-based client. The engagement involves working on a modular software architecture that unifies all existing and future functionality into regulated and unregulated modules within a single app. The goal is to support the client with migration to React Native architecture while resolving complex
technical challenges. From a technical standpoint, the application type itself is handled by the native layer — our focus is on building and integrating React Native modules seamlessly. As a Senior React Native Developer, you will act as a technology consultant, driving best practices in cross-platform mobile development while solving integration and migration challenges in a regulated environment. You’ll collaborate closely with international teams (CTOs, PMs, Product Owners, and developers) and contribute to building scalable, maintainable applications.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native (essential).
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript; proficiency with React.js is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
- Experience with TypeScript, OAuth flows, design systems, and push notifications.
- Familiarity with brownfield projects and native integrations.
- Strong English (B2 is must!).
Responsibilities:
- Lead brownfield integration and migration tasks, ensuring smooth transitions and reduction of technical dependencies.
- Support the React Native modular architecture build, unifying regulated and
unregulated functionalities.
- Contribute to refactoring and modernization efforts, including TypeScript migration, design system updates, and secure authentication improvements.
- Work on app navigation features such as deeplinks and push notifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with client engineers.
- Collaborate with global teams (US clients, Polish/European colleagues) to align on delivery goals and standards.
- Provide ad-hoc engineering support for evolving client needs.
Working conditions:
Core hours: Polish business hours.
Occasional client/team meetings may be required during US business hours (4–9 PM CET), though this is expected to be rare.
