Business Development and Partnerships Manager

We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us expand beyond inbound leads. In this role, you’ll research new markets, open scalable long-term channels, and cultivate strategic connections with enterprise-level clients.
You’ll represent Phenomenon Studio at key industry events, build trust quickly both online and in person, and translate market insights into partnerships that drive sustained growth.
Team: Sales Team Lead, Account Executive, SDR
Requirements:
- 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth
- Proven track record of finding new business opportunities and launching new revenue channels
- Experience representing a company at conferences and industry events
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Strong negotiation & closing skills
- Fluent English (C1+)
Responsibilities:
- Research and explore new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential partners and enterprise clients.
- Attend industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies.
- Support the Sales team with qualified opportunities
