Job Description
Must have skills
- Bachelor's in software engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
- At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in software automated testing
- Strong experience in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for ML models
- Strong programming skills in Python, knowledge in C++ programming is big plus
- Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Batch, Bash and Linux commands
- Knowledge of white/gray/black box testing methodologies with hands-on experience
- Understanding of test methodologies (such as performance, load, stress, functional, unit, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, capable of uncovering anomalies in robust software
Optional skills
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with JIRA or any similar bug tracking tools
- Experience with JAMA or any similar test management tools

Responsibilities will include
- Validating ML models' outputs and system performance
- Ensuring compliance with quality control requirements.
- Creates and maintains testing frameworks while working closely with all teams
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and develop a test automation system and test fixtures
- Improve test automation scripts and coverage
- Create test protocols and test reports
- Implement and execute functional tests, unit tests, stress tests, and performance tests
- Collect, analyze, track, and report test results. Document and file bugs
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews
- Technical leading and mentoring test team members on test automation

You’ll help transform raw surgical video and device signals into real-time insights, collaborative telepresence, and longitudinal case intelligence used before, during, and after procedures. First product releases include surgical video editing/publishing and telepresence, rolling out to select sites in the near future. Your work will directly accelerate that journey and connect robotic vision to the OR and hospital digital platform
