Our client transform back-of-house tech for the hospitality industry, replacing outdated processes with AI-driven solutions. This helps top hotel brands focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring efficient operations.

Key Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in manual testing for both web and mobile applications.
🔹 Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, UAT).
🔹 Hands-on experience testing React or modern web apps and React Native mobile apps.
🔹 Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript-based applications (able to understand logs, errors, and basic debugging).
🔹 Strong experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, or similar tools).
🔹 Good understanding of backend systems (preferably .NET APIs) to validate end-to-end flows.
🔹 Ability to write clear test cases, test plans, and defect reports using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
🔹 Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers.
🔹 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a “break the system” mindset.
🔹 Excellent communication skills (able to articulate issues, risks, and quality concerns).
🔹 AI-curious and innovative mindset – open to leveraging AI tools to improve QA workflows, test coverage, and efficiency.

Will be plus:

🔹 Exposure to automation testing tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium) – not mandatory, but beneficial.
🔹 Experience with SQL / database validation.
🔹 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how QA fits in (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
🔹 Experience with performance or security testing basics.
🔹 Experience experimenting with AI-powered QA tools (e.g., test case generation, exploratory testing assistants).

What you will do:

🔹 Own the manual testing process for both web and mobile apps.
🔹 Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
🔹 Perform end-to-end testing across web frontend, mobile apps, and backend APIs.
🔹 Document and track bugs, and work with developers to resolve them.
🔹 Ensure high-quality releases by validating features against acceptance criteria.
🔹 Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvements in testing and product quality.
🔹 Explore and propose AI-driven solutions to improve QA practices and accelerate testing.
🔹 Mentor junior QA engineers (if applicable).
