Now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales ⭐️ to drive the growth of our company by building and leading a strong sales strategy, developing new sales channels, and scaling our presence on the international IT services market. We're looking for a proactive and ambitious professional who’s not just closing deals, but also becoming a true business partner for our clients.

 

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, Digital, SaaS, Marketing)
  • 2+ years in a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Lead)
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the US, EU, UK markets
  • Strong negotiation and contract closing skills
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM systems)

  • Ability to solve problems independently without shifting responsibility
  • Strong execution skills: taking ownership and driving results

     

Duties & Responsibilities πŸ’Ό

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue goals
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Create and optimize new sales channels
  • Attract new clients and scale existing accounts
  • Drive initiatives to increase conversion and revenue (New Revenue Generated KPI)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with overall company strategy
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts with international clients
  • Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
