Now, weβre looking for a Head of Sales βοΈ to drive the growth of our company by building and leading a strong sales strategy, developing new sales channels, and scaling our presence on the international IT services market. We're looking for a proactive and ambitious professional whoβs not just closing deals, but also becoming a true business partner for our clients.
For a perfect match, we expect π―
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, Digital, SaaS, Marketing)
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Lead)
- Proven track record of successful sales in the US, EU, UK markets
- Strong negotiation and contract closing skills
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM systems)

- Ability to solve problems independently without shifting responsibility
Strong execution skills: taking ownership and driving results
Duties & Responsibilities πΌ
- Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue goals
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Create and optimize new sales channels
- Attract new clients and scale existing accounts
- Drive initiatives to increase conversion and revenue (New Revenue Generated KPI)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with overall company strategy
- Lead negotiations and close contracts with international clients
- Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
