Developer + Technical PM

About: NDA Web3 project, multiple parallel streams, fast release cycles, and high traffic.

Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Nest.js, REST/GraphQL, PostgreSQL/Redis, wallet integrations (Wagmi, MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase, etc.), testing (Jest/Cypress), CI/CD. We work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), manage tasks in Jira/ClickUp.

Core Responsibilities (for both tracks)
- Develop and scale web product features using React (frontend) and Nest.js (backend)
- Integrate wallets and Web3 providers, design and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs
- Ensure quality (tests, code reviews), stability, and performance during high-traffic events
- Work in sprints: clear communication, task breakdown, reliable delivery
- Join architectural discussions when needed.

Track 1: Full-Stack Developer

What you’ll do:
- Build new features end-to-end and deliver them to production (React frontend, Nest.js backend)
- Implement wallet integrations (Wagmi, MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase, etc.)
- Design and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Maintain code quality: write tests (Jest, Cypress), join code reviews, ensure CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize application performance and stability under heavy loads (e.g., presales)
- Contribute to Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban): planning, estimation, team collaboration
- Suggest improvements for DX and architecture
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience with JS/TS, solid React and Nest.js skills
- Hands-on practice with Wagmi/MetaMask/WalletConnect or similar
- Production-level experience: caching, queues, render optimization, PostgreSQL/Redis
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), CI/CD, and code reviews
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – the hiring manager and team are international/English-speaking.
* Nice to have: Next.js / GraphQL + Experience with anti-bot protection during events.
 

Track 2: Technical Project Manager

What you’ll do:
- Lead Web3 projects from planning through release
- Collaborate with developers (with solid understanding of React + Nest.js), designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and set tasks
- Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and keep the team on track
- Prioritize tasks and features by product value and deadlines
- Track progress, manage timelines, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and system design decisions (when required)

What we expect:
- 2+ years in a technical project management role (or similar position)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Nest.js (no need to code daily, but must know the stack
- Experience managing software teams in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies and wallet integrations (e.g., Wagmi, MetaMask)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp
= Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – the hiring manager and team are international/English-speaking.
* Nice to have Previous Web3/crypto project experience + Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, BSC, etc.).
