Partnership manager

We are looking for a highly driven Partnership Manager to strengthen our presence in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for someone with deep roots in crypto, a strong business mindset, and the hunger to build long-lasting partnerships that drive growth.

 Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in crypto / Web3, ideally in market-making, exchanges, or trading ecosystems.
  • Background as a founder, business owner, or senior BD/Partnerships role is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto industry, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Strong network within the Web3 community and familiarity with major crypto conferences and events.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals, even in challenging or undefined situations.
  • High initiative, proactivity, and relentless drive — you’re someone who creates opportunities, not waits for them.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).

 Responsibilities

  • Manage and process partner chats and inbound partnership requests.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with crypto projects, exchanges, funds, and service providers.
  • Actively attend conferences and industry events, representing the company and expanding our presence.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new partnership opportunities that align with our growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and value creation for partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with crypto trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities.
