Full Stack Developer

CUSTOMER
The company is one of the leading providers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers. It delivers the products and services that are needed for mobile and fixed communications, as well as radio and transmission networks. More than 40% of phone calls are made through its systems, and more than 2 billion people use its network worldwide. 

PROJECT
The rAPP Portal is a new project that makes it easier for teams to create and release documentation. The first phase is focusing on the user interface before connecting to other systems. 
In short, the rAPP Portal simplifies collaboration and automates key processes for documentation, making it faster and more streamlined. 

The portal enables network developers and content authors to collaborate in a shared, standardized environment. This is based on the "Docs-as-Code" method, which treats documentation like software code. 
The project uses automated pipelines to speed up the process of building and releasing updates, keeping the portal efficient, lightweight, and scalable. 

Responsibilities  

• Develop and maintain web applications using strong expertise in browsers, JavaScript, and CSS 
• Build and optimize websites using static site generators (Hugo is required) 
• Apply solid programming skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality solutions 
• Assist with basic CI/CD pipeline tasks 
• Contribute to Python development as needed 
• Deploy and scale applications using Azure Cloud services 
• Collaborate within a Scrum team environment by actively participating in ceremonies and sprint planning 
• Design and support distributed systems and microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability 

Requirements 

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in software development 
• Experience with Python 
• Experience working with static site generators is a must, not only SPA's (single page applications) 
• Experience with Hugo 
• Experience with Azure 
• Proven ability to work across the full development lifecycle using GitHub or GitLab pipelines 
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices 
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
