B2B SaaS Sales Manager (Mid-Level) β€” Gamedev / Software

We are QPM, a SaaS platform for game development companies and software engineering teams. Our product helps teams track changes to timelines, optimize workflows, and integrate seamlessly with existing tools. We’re growing fast and looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Manager (Mid-Level) to help us land and close key customers.

 

Requirements (must-have)

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS new-business (full cycle: from sourcing to close and handoff to CS/AM).
  • Proven quota track record (β‰₯100% of quota over the last 3–4 quarters) with solid references.
  • Experience selling with ACV €10k–€100k+, deal cycle 30–150 days, multi-LDM (up to C-level).
  • Strong discovery and qualification using BANT/Challenger; disciplined next-step management.
  • Strict CRM discipline (HubSpot): clean stages, forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene.
  • Upwork experience: lead generation, feedback management, running tests.
  • Value-selling: ROI/Payback calculations, business cases, competitive displacement.
  • Negotiation & closing: value > discount; work with procurement/legal (MSA, DPA, SLA).
  • Effective demos (solution/industry use cases); running proof-of-value/POC.
  • Handling InfoSec/Compliance objections (SOC 2/ISO 27001, GDPR) at the sales-argumentation level.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product/Marketing/CS; fast feedback loops into the playbook.
  • English B2+ (spoken/written); strong presentation and business correspondence skills.

 

Nice to Have

  • Building a sales playbook from scratch: scripts, email templates, ICP/Persona, qualification tree.
  • New-geo market entry (EU/US), multi-currency pricing, partner channels.
  • Selling via RFP/RFI and tender models; public/enterprise procurement processes.
  • PLG motions, upsell/cross-sell, land-and-expand.
  • Basic CPQ; call reviews (Gong/Chorus), deal reviews, win-loss analysis.

 

Tools (expected proficiency)

  • CRM: HubSpot. Sales engagement: Outreach/Salesloft. Data: LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demos: Loom/Zoom + interactive demos (Navattic/Reprise).
  • Document management: Google Workspace/OneDrive.
  • Scheduling/Tracking: Calendly, QPM.
