Position: Junior strong Web Developer
Schedule: 4-day work week
Location: Remote

We are looking for a talented Junior strong Web Developer to join our dynamic team in developing a state-of-the-art Forex/Crypto/Stock Backtesting platform. If you are passionate about building high-performance web applications and have a keen interest in financial markets or trading, we want to hear from you.

Our ideal teammate:

• At least 1-2 years of web development experience;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• A solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming;
• Ability to use tools such as http://cursor.com/ or https://windsurf.com/
• Comfortable with legacy code;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications for a Forex/Crypto/Stock Backtesting platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and TypeScript, adhering to Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Work with legacy code, ensuring compatibility and improving functionality where necessary.
• Utilize development tools such as Cursor (http://cursor.com/) and Windsurf (https://windsurf.com/) to streamline workflows.
   

Will be a big plus:

• Trading knowledge: Understanding trading principles and practices will be a significant advantage;
• HTML Canvas proficiency: Experience with HTML Canvas for creating graphics and animations;
• Strong CI/CD experience;
• TDD experience;

• Experience in utilizing AI tools (like Copilot, ChatGPT, Devin, etc.) to improve development efficiency.
