About the Role
The team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building enterprise-grade solutions. This role involves working across the stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of features from design to production.
 

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship production-grade enterprise software.
• Work with Clojure/ClojureScript in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Apply AI/ML models and large language models in production (e.g., agents, custom tooling, evaluation frameworks).
• Contribute to high-scale systems in real-time data processing, personalization, and prediction.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with a functional programming language (Clojure/ClojureScript preferred).
• Full-stack experience, or strong back-end/front-end skills with readiness to work across the stack.
• Experience with AI/ML in production is a strong plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, especially in distributed teams.
