Why this role matters

We’re looking for a QA Specialist who will own product quality across our web and mobile apps. You won’t just find bugs - you’ll help ensure coaches and clients have a seamless, reliable experience that drives real results.

What you’ll do

• Test and validate new features across platforms
• Identify, document, and communicate issues clearly
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Contribute ideas to improve usability and client experience
• Help document new features and write help articles to make sure user adoption is strong

What we’re looking for

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communicator
• 20 hrs/week - with ability to increase - US timezone overlap
• Experience in QA testing (automation a plus)
• SaaS or fitness/health tech background is a bonus
