Business Development Manager (Spain)

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (Spain) to join our international Business Development team and help expand LetyShops’ partner ecosystem in Spain. Our Spanish team is already actively driving market growth, and we’re looking for another like-minded teammate who shares our drive and values.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage existing partners, focusing on driving revenue growth and efficiency
• Search for new partners in Spain, lead negotiations and secure the best deals for our users
• Work closely with marketing, promo managers, product and finance teams to smoothly integrate partners
• Team up to analyze results, optimize campaigns, and launch promotions
• Research the market and competitors, bringing ideas for growth strategy.
   

Your superpowers:

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (e-commerce, fintech, affiliate marketing)
• Fluent Spanish es imprescindible, and advanced English is a must!
• You negotiate so that everyone leaves the table winning, and you know how to build long-term relationships.
• You look at numbers with a clear eye and make data-driven decisions
• Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit are your default mode: you’re not afraid to take responsibility and push things forward.
