Sales Manager (German + English)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager fluent in both German and English to lead and grow our sales efforts. 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in cooperation with our Business Development Department, managing key Lead relationships, and driving revenue growth in German-speaking and international markets. 

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for German-speaking and international markets in cooperation with our Business Development Department.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Manage and nurture relationships with leads to ensure satisfaction and conversion rate
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations in both German and English.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Represent the company at Meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and events.
