Senior Node.js Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the backend GitHub repository, including CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions across two live environments.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the backend using Node.js/TypeScript, Express, Swagger, AWS SDK, Bull/Cron, and Salesforce CRM integration.
• Manage and supervise backend infrastructure on AWS (ECS containers, RDS databases, and Elasticache).
• Work closely with the project/product manager, development lead, frontend developers, and DevOps team to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases.

• Node.js – high proficiency
• MS SQL – high proficiency
• Git – high proficiency
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• General understanding of AWS services
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, IdP, authentication tokens)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience with C# and web technologies

• Background in educational or gaming applications
