Business Development Manager (Gambling)

Right now, weβre looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager (Gambling) who will strengthen our team, drive business growth, and expand our network of advertisers and affiliates.

What we expect from you:
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (affiliate programs, advertisers, or media buying teams).
- 1+ year experience in a Business Development Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of gambling verticals: advertisers, affiliate programs, and traffic sources.
- English proficiency (B2+) β confident in negotiations, presentations, and international communication.

- Advanced networking and relationship-building skills.
- Persuasive sales, presentation & negotiation abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with leadership potential.
Your main responsibilities:
- Search for and onboard new advertisers, affiliates, and partners to expand revenue streams.
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new verticals or GEOs.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with advertisers and affiliates.
- Manage the integration of partners with tracking platforms (postback setup, traffic tracking accuracy).
- Optimize partnerships: analyze KPIs, suggest improvements, and ensure profitable collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts, keep documentation, and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Represent the company at industry conferences (networking, negotiations, deal-making).
- Work closely with the team to implement new strategies and scale successful cases.
