Senior Full-stack engineer (React+Node)

What is the purpose of this position?
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer (5+ years of commercial experience at least) with good knowledge of server and infrastructure parts for creating the project from scratch. This is a highly autonomous role — solo engineer working directly with the founders. You’ll define the stack, make architecture decisions, and ship fast.
This is a full-time position duration 6+ months.

Team
2 founders - sales expert + YC alum (technical/data co-founder)

Tech Stack: 
• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
• Infra: Cloud-based (TBD by engineer), ideally GCP
• Tools: Cursor AI (or similar) for enhanced productivity
• Early-stage/startup DNA, solo-dev experience, strong product sense
• Strong English (daily async + live calls)

Hiring process:
• HR interview
• Technical interview 
• Founder Interviews → conversation with both founders.
• Technical Assignment + presentation → a small, real-world coding challenge
