Senior C++ Engineer

About the Project
We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join the long-term project — an AI-powered survey and research automation engine for data-driven decision making. The platform is live, with a mature core engine, now scaling for client customizations.

• Location: Europe (preferred) or any location with the possibility of business trips to NL/UK several times a year.
• Team: Chief Architect, Frontend Dev (React)
• Stack: C++, XML, Custom DSL, SQL/DBs, Git, CI/CD, Decipher (FocusVision)

Responsibilities

• Extend C++ core engine & DSL for new features
• XML generation & integration with Decipher
• Split APIs, scale case detection processes
• Contribute to CI/CD and internal tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in C++
• Experience with XML generation/integration
• Any background in Custom DSL/engines
• SQL/DBs and CI/CD familiarity
• English: B2+
   

Nice-to-have: Survey/research tools (Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit), QA or frontend exposure.
