We are seeking a results-driven and experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of a new ERP system across our organization. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and ERP technical expertise to ensure the system is effectively integrated with our business operations and delivers long-term value.

Considering the fact that the ERP system is to be defined, the candidate needs to have strong Business Analyst skills to learn the company processes and perform the market analysis to see if there are any already existing solutions that can be implemented according to the organization needs.

 

 Requirements:

β€” Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
β€” Experience in FinTech domain
β€” Strong understanding of core business functions such as finance, HR, etc;
β€” Strong project management skills
β€” Experience in creating Vision and Scope, BRD documentation;
β€” Proficiency in BA tools, Jira, Confluence, BPMN diagrams and spreadsheets;
β€” Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

 

 Responsibilities:

β€” Lead end-to-end ERP implementation: planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
β€” Collaborate with department heads (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
β€” Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
β€” Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
β€” Lead training efforts and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
β€” Oversee data migration and integrity across systems.
β€” Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts post-launch.
