DevOps Engineer

We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer, who brings his professional skills and passion to deliver awesome enterprise solutions.

✅ Knowledge of English at least Upper-Intermediate level.

• Location: Lviv, Ukraine (on-site / hybrid)
• Workplace: Candidate must be based in Lviv or willing to relocate before start

• Note: This position requires the employee to work on-site in Lviv

   

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure (ECS, EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki)
• Manage messaging and streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Maintain and optimize databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Ensure security best practices in infrastructure, including SOC2/ISO27001 compliance, TLS, IAM
• Collaborate with development teams to support high-load and high-availability systems
• Participate in incident response, on-call rotation, and Agile processes
• Write scripts and automation using Bash and Python

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration tools
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Monitoring/logging experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Understanding of messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD
• Knowledge of high-load production systems
• Experience managing multi-region deployments
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
