QA Automation Engineer to $3500

We’re hiring a QA Automation Engineer, who brings his professional skills and passion to deliver awesome enterprise solutions.

✅ Knowledge of English at least Upper-Intermediate level.

• Location: Lviv, Ukraine (on-site / hybrid)
• Workplace: Candidate must be based in Lviv or willing to relocate before start
• Note: This position requires the employee to work on-site in Lviv

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing
• Execute regression testing, functional, and performance tests
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve software quality and testing processes
• Maintain test documentation and test-case management (TestRail, Jira)
• Perform security and fuzz testing as needed
• Generate reports for test results using Allure, Extent Reports, or similar

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in QA Automation
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Python, or Java
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, NUnit/xUnit, PyTest
• Experience in API testing (Postman/Newman)
• Knowledge of performance testing tools: JMeter, Gatling
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration and pipelines
• Solid experience in test documentation and test-case management
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience working on multiple projects or cross-industry applications
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to version control systems (Git) and CI/CD best practices
• Experience in high-load, complex systems
