Product Designer

About the Role

You will take full ownership of the design process, from brainstorming and exploring solutions to crafting pixel-perfect designs ready for launch. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality design outcomes, ensuring our product is intuitive, scalable, and visually exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design execution, from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction design.
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Software Engineers and QA to build, refine, and deliver key product features.
• Tackle complex UX challenges, brainstorming multiple solution concepts to identify the best approach.
• Translate ideas and concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to clear and intuitive user flows.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality design standards.
• Communicate design intent effectively and clearly explain decisions to the engineering team.
• Create prototypes to guide development and interactions.
• Deliver pixel-perfect final designs, with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design for highly complex systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact.
• Deep expertise in Figma, with hands-on experience creating and scaling design systems from scratch, including:
  • Structuring component libraries
  • Maintaining design system with consistency across the project
  • Optimising design workflows
• Extensive experience designing complex flows and screens, including:
  • Tables, charts, and dashboards
  • Multi-level hierarchies
  • Data visualisations

• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to lead the design process and work independently.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills in user experience design.
• Organised and systematic in workflows, files, and design processes.
• Able to adapt and switch gears quickly, thriving in a fast-paced environment while producing multiple solutions.
• A pixel-perfect mindset, with keen attention to even the smallest design details.
• Comfortable learning new, complex technical domains.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
