Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role
 

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our partner’s engineering team on an outstaff basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling backend services using modern technologies and cloud platforms. You’ll work on high-performance, message-driven architectures and ensure reliable, observable, and scalable systems that power core business solutions.

Requirements
 

- 6+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js & TypeScript (expert level)

- Hands-on with React

- Proven expertise in system architecture & scalability

- Strong experience in API design & delivery

- Hands-on with AI-assisted coding tools: Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt.new (prompt engineering, code generation, refactoring)

- Advanced experience with message brokers

- Expert knowledge of SQL databases (design, optimization, scaling)

- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

- Proficiency with containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Advanced cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
