Art Director / Senior Designer to $5000

We’re on the hunt for a visionary Art Director or an exceptionally talented Senior Designer to strengthen our existing creative team. This is a chance to become a key player in a team where design is at the heart of everything we do.

🔍 Who we’re looking for:
A creative leader with a strong design background, ready to take ownership, inspire others, and push visual boundaries. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, contribute to strategy, and elevate the quality of all creative output.

💼 What you'll do:

• Lead or support the creative direction of projects across various mediums
• Work hands-on with visual design, branding, and digital assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
• Review and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design standards
• Help evolve and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

✅ What we expect:

• 5+ years of experience in design (agency or product-side)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and design craft
• Excellent skills in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, etc.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor other designers
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
