Procurement Specialist

Become the heart of our purchasing department and manage the entire process from A to Z! Do you have a knack for negotiation and like to have everything under control? We are looking for you! For our team in Kobyłka, we are seeking a Purchasing Specialist who will take full responsibility for the entire purchasing process. You will be the key person responsible for: needs analysis, supplier sourcing, price negotiations, order fulfillment, and optimizing delivery logistics. Scope of duties:

• Analysis of data on materials, supplies, and demand to optimize purchasing processes.
• Identification and search for the best suppliers on the market based on the analysis of quality, prices, and cooperation terms.
• Conducting commercial negotiations and building lasting, strategic relationships with suppliers.
• Monitoring market trends and preparing reports to support key business decisions.

Our requirements:

• Analytical skills – the ability to work with data, interpret it, and draw accurate conclusions.
• Very good negotiation skills and an ease in building business relationships.
• Proactivity and creativity in seeking new, better solutions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office – the ability to analyze data in spreadsheets.
• Good command of the English language.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing department, ideally in the manufacturing/technical industry.
• A forklift license will be an additional asset.
